Application Requirements

All American Housing Management Company does have application requirements for each of our property types. With different types of properties our requirements may differ slightly. However, in order to have a completed application for ALL types of properties, applicants must have:

1. 1. Everyone over the age of 18 must have a separate application
   2. Submit a clear photo of their State issued photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, etc.)
   3. Submit proof of income claims
   4. There is an application fee of $25.00

Our company manages properties all over in the Fox Valley area, and in general our leasing team will be looking for our applicants to have the following criteria:

• Is a current Resident of the State of Wisconsin.
• Is currently employed at their job for at least a full year.
• Has no history of evictions or money judgements
• Has no history of criminal activity
• The rent amount for the property applying does not exceed 40% of their total income.

IF YOU DONT REACH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS… please still apply! We understand that there maybe exceptions, and in some cases, your application maybe approved with a few additional steps. A very common example is a person/s moving to the area from out of state for a new job. We may require more information to approve that application, and they may only be approved for certain properties… but we do work with people!

1. Do you take Government Assistance?(EX. Section 8) – Not at this time
2. Do you work with those on the sex offender registry?- Yes/No, we work with each person on a case-by-case basis, and there maybe a property that will work for someone. That applicant will not qualify for everything we have to offer, however we believe that every case is different and to treat everyone with Honor and Integrity.

Pet Application

All American Housing loves our furry little friends, and we do allow pets upon approval for most of the properties we manage.

Our Policy:

• All American Housing does not have any restrictions of types or breeds of animals. All that we require, is that they are legal in the State of Wisconsin, and that the owner has pet insurance under their policy for the animal.
• We limit the pet count to no more than 2, there may be some exceptions, however all pets must be listed on insurance.
• We charge a pet rent fee of $25.00 / per animal per month.
• We require that upon move-out the animal owner get all carpets professionally cleaned.
• All American Housing has a pet agreement tailers to each property for a Resident to sign and agree to before bringing their furry friend home. Please make sure to reach out of the office before moving forward so that you know the rules for your unit.

Long-Term Guests

All American Housing is required to have information about everyone over the age of 18 years old, even if they are just a regular guest in your home.
