What is TWA?
TWA (Tenant Web Access) is a program all residents have that is connected to their account. This is program allows the Resident to pay online, sign documents online, submit maintenance requests and general communications. If you are interested in activating your account online please follow the link and click on “sign up” highlighted at the bottom of the page.
How do I set -up my phone app?
Once your account is all set-up, you will have the ability to sign into a smart device app. This app is located on your app store (Google Play, Apple Store, etc.) the app is called rmResident. Once the app is downloaded, please use your username and password you just created. The app will ask for a Company Code: aahsinc
What is the Company Code?
The company code is only needed when you sign into the app version of your TWA account.

How do I pay rent online?
Your TWA is a portal online where you can pay your rent online. You can pay 3 different ways:
#1- Credit/Debit: You are able to pay online through your credit or debit card just like any other company or app. Please beware of the fees, we DO NOT charge fees, however your credit card company will charge you to use both a debit or credit card.
#2- ACH/Bank Account- This is FREE! This is very similar to an ACH or echeck. All you need is your bank account number and your bank routing number. This does NOT cost any extra fees and don’t worry our company ZEGO is safe and secure with your info. Our company doesn’t have access to your account info, nor can AAH with draw from your account. Its all in your control, you can even set up an auto-payment if you wish.
#3- CashPay- Cashpay is your third option. Just like a money order, you take your cash or card to a participating CashPay business (Pickn’ Save, Gas Stations etc.). With your cashpay account number (given to you by our office) you can pay for your rent through that business, instead of receiving a paper money order, then send that money wirelessly, all Online. Nothing to loose or get stolen, no need to drive it to us or spend money on a stamp.

What is cashpay? How do I use cashpay?
Cashpay is a unique new option we offer our Residents. For those Residents that like to pay in cash or money orders, you can take advantage of online payments as well. No credit cards, and No bank account is required. Just like purchasing a money order, you bring your cash to an approved CheckFreePay location, and show them your Cashpay information. Then they will issue you a electronic money order that is directly delivered to AAH from that location. And best of all, most locations are grocery stores or gas stations, types of places you visit on a regular basis. No special trips and you can finish your grocery shopping while you are at it! To find locations in your area just click on the button below and type in your zip code. To request your Cashpay information, just call or text the office and we will send you your account number.
How do I set up auto pay online & in the app?
If you applied online, you don’t need to sign up for a TWA, you already have one. You can sign-in to your account using the email and password you created online when applying. Just visit: https://aahsinc.twa.rentmanager.com/ (or click on “Tenant Web Access” at the top of the page) and sign in. If you applied in person, or you are a roommate/co-tenant looking to get access to your online account, all you need to do is text or call the office with an email and phone number and we will send you the verification email. OR if you know your account number, you can click on sign up under the login in information and walk through the process.
How to get a parking permit?
If you have a unit in our apartment complexes, you will need a parking permit. If you are new, or you just have a new vehicle, please fill out the form linked below and submit it either by mail or by email. Once we receive this information, we will mail out your new permit!
How do I give notice?
To officially give notice, you will need to send in a written 30-day notice from before or on the 1st of your last month. You can submit notice via Text, Email or to speak to a office rep via phone 920-850-3882. Please note that a 30 day notice MUST be given before or on the 1st of your last month. Also note that the property must be turned-over by 12pm (noon) on the last day of the paid month of rent.
Example: Jane Smith texts us on 6/28 that she will be moving at the end of July 7/31
How to use Key Hero?
We offer a service called Key Hero for those Residents that live in the Appleton area. Because our offices are in the Waupaca area and maybe difficult to easily get access to a replacement key. Don’t worry, we have Key Hero to the rescue! So… How does it work? If you ever have the unfortunate key situation, you can contact the office to get access to Key Hero and cut your key at the local Home Depot.
